No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are allowed once a booking is confirmed.
In case the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the event organizer, refunds will be processed as per the organizer's refund rules, and the same will be communicated to you.
Convenience/booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
If a refund is approved due to event cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
