Ticket Delivery Methods

  • All tickets for events booked through our platform are delivered electronically. E-tickets or QR codes are sent directly to your registered email and mobile number immediately after successful booking. Please ensure your contact information is accurate to receive tickets without delay.

Physical Ticket Collection

  • For select events that require physical tickets, these will not be shipped to your address. Instead, you must collect your ticket directly from the event venue's box office on the day of the event. Bring a valid photo ID and your booking confirmation (via email, SMS, or WhatsApp) to verify your purchase and collect your ticket.
  • Venue pickup is typically available starting 30-60 minutes before the event. For exact timing and instructions, please check the event details in your booking confirmation.

No Ticket Shipping

  • We do not offer ticket shipping services to any address. All ticket collections for physical tickets must be performed at the event venue by the purchaser.

Missed Collection and Support

  • If you are unable to collect your physical ticket at the venue or encounter any issues with e-ticket delivery, contact our support team promptly for assistance so arrangements can be made if possible.

Additional Terms

  • Tickets, both electronic and physical, are non-transferable and non-refundable except in the event of cancellation or postponement by the organizer.
